Absolutely shocking
I have not received my 100 minutes top up on my contract for last month !!!!! I have been in 4 times , inquiries have been logged and nothing !!! Tried calling but due to striking can't get through !! They will be quick to bill me this month even though I have not received my minutes !!!

Your invoice date is on the 20th of every month. Kindly note that you have been pro rata provisioned with minutes, SMSs and data. The system reflects that you had been provisioned with 100 minutes on 2015-05-21 01:22:04 which was depleted on the 05-06-2015.
As per our telephonic conversation I would escalate to our Billing department to send you an itemised billing for ***.
We understand that the entire experience must have been very frustrating, it is not our intention to displease you. We do look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
