absolutely **** service from all of mtns upgrade staff

by far the worst experience of my life, i have been trying to upgrade my contract since the 2nd of December and all i hear is i am eligible but there is some system switch which has ****all to so with me. i have tried mtn direct the mtn store and mtn online, i even lost count as to how many people i have spoken to!!!!! really frustrated i honestly wont recommend MTN to any of my family members

a consultant feom mtn dirent Mr jonas has still to get back to me with proper information since friday.

absolutely pathetic service.

i upgraded my vodacom contract and never had this issues

i just want to be done with MTN i dont ever want to deal with MTN ever again
