Absolutely poor customer service

I've been trying to cancel my contract for about 5 months now, my contract was a month to month and they turned around and said no it's a fixed term contract which was never what I agreed to but I don't mind paying the cancellation fee so they said to call retention department and they never answer I've emailed them as well they also don't answer there I've messaged the on Facebook for 5 months they keep on saying yes they are working on it or they have contacted the relavent department and each time they try to bill me for each month
