Absolutely pathetic service

I need someone to call me back because your pathetic call center isn't helping.

I called in to change an upgrade done on ***.

They assured me it could be done but I've been sent from person to person for over 40 minutes. They've left me on hold. I've called from another number, they pretended that they weren't aware of the query- despite me having the other number on hold- and now they keep cutting the call each time I try calling.

Today is the last day to make the change and I am very aware that you are using this as a way to avoid changing the package.

I used to work for a MTN partner. I know all of your call centers disgusting tricks. Call me back to change the upgrade on *** or I will be taking this to all your social media profiles.
