Absolutely Pathetic Service

How Long do I have to wait to get feedback on a approved cellphone contract. Application was approved already on 16 May. Waiting for delivery and I get no response. I dont care that it is a sub contractor of MTN. Sort it out. It is still under MTN Label. What happened to customer satisfaction. Why does the client always have to beg for feedback. Why does the customer always have to make a scene to be heard.
