ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

I emailed mtn to cancel 2 Top-up contracts on 19.12.2023. To date only 1 was cancelled and they had the audacity to hand me over for non-payment. I had given them more than the required 30 days notice for cancellation. I have record of approx. 35 emails in this regard. On 17.01.2023 an agent emailed the Retentions Dept to "Please accept and help with the below cancellation request" but obviously nobody has done so. It's now been more than 1 year and mtn will not even respond to my emails anymore. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC MTN..You need to do better
