ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!

After being a client for more than 25 years, I want to move my business elsewhere!

There was a debit order in (June2021) of R 8,700 without ANY notice. We struggled to buy groceries and pay the rest of our bills.

This was reversed at the MTN branch in Tzaneen and I notified my bank.

I wanted to do an upgrade in (August 2021) at the Tzaneen branch, but I was told I still had this R 8,700 outstanding balance.

How long can it take for the accounts department to remove ********** transactions? I have a reference number to prove that this has been resolved.

This has caused so much unnecessary stress!
