Absolutely PATHETIC

Absolutely pathetic!! Worst network provider and worst service. We already have an account and device with you guys. We've been struggling to open a new contract on our account since Friday. Call time total 4 hours with being transferred 21 times since Friday untill today and still no proper help received.
