Absolutely non-sense

I have exhausted all possible ways to sort this out with MTN.

1) been to the shop (3 times)

2) complained on hello peter (2 times)

3) phoned 808 ( over ten times)

4) facebook messenger ( five times)

5) comented on over 8 facebook posts

6) Dealt with 2 Team leaders

7) Used the official complaints section on the website twice

i think its fair to say MTN has had enough notice of my problem. Two team leaders are now not returning any emails or measages sent.

I have spoken to my legal representative and contacted ICASA.

My first complaint was close to four months ago, you think that would be enough time to assist a client.

MTN you are living up to your reputation.

I regret the day i became a customer.

do i need to make a scene in the store and take a video for it to go viral before the company decides to help?

We have received feedback:
Number is connected to the network. we have also made a test calls and they went through.
No barring on the account. Sim swap, is active on the network.
The other option is to take the device in for assessment.
You have explained to me this is not regarding the sim card not working its more related to the GPRS connections.
