Absolutely no service whatsoever

On 08/03/2017, I queried an unknown amount that MTN had added to my account. Now nearly three weeks later, their next debit order is about to run, and I still have not been told why this amount is on my account or when it will be reversed.

Lools like they are trying to recover some of the money they lost in Nigeria by taking extra money from customer bank accounts.

I obviously have no choice but to have my bank reverse the next debit order MTN runs against my account, unless it is for the correct amount.

I trust there will be no interest or other charges involved. I would also prefer if MTN did not waste even more of my time with inane phone calls and senseless queries. You know what the problem is. Just fix it, confirm that it has been fixed, then you can run a correct debit order. All incorrect debit orders will be reversed.

This is all on you. You have had more than enough time to fix this. The problem should not even have been allowed to happen in the first place.

Regards.

Thank you for your post
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
Please be advised that a credit of R155.23 (including vat) was passed to the account on 2017-02-17 for the additional 250MB that was billed on the invoices dated 2016-12-01 to 2017-02-01. The debit order request of R380.73 was already sent to the bank when this credit was passed, should the debit order be honored on 2017-02-28 the account will have a credit of R155.23.
We sincerely hope that the above is in order and that we are able to restore your faith in us.
Kind Regards
