Absolutely No service - Pathetic

I am at my wits end with MTN and their recent service or lack thereof. On the 16th/17th December I app**** for a promo on the iPhone which included a free headphones. I am still waiting for online to get back to me. I spoke to retentions and was told they cannot give me the promo as it is over. I have emailed everyone at MTN and no one bothers getting back to me
