Absolutely No Service For Replacement Sims

My mother has been a contract subscriber initially through Autopage for over a decade and each time she has to do a sim swap, it takes months and I have to post on consumer review sites for her to be given attention. She's been to your KWT branch at least five times and no luck, as they say they have run out of replacement sim cards. She's old and has no time to run around.
