Absolutely no Response from any Department
On Tuesday the 8th of March 2016 a query was logged with the credit control department to increase the limit for the MD of one of our group divisions. She is currently overseas on business and needs to stay in contact with South Africa not only for business reasons but also due to her daughter's high risk diabetes. We have had absolutely no response after sending the request through to credit control, customer care, escalating to the account specific manager, the account specific credit controller and numerous other departments.

We have been told o email various people and departments and the list of people and departments is growing by the day. We have not been given any answers but rather been shunted from pillow to post. The MD's daughter's cellphone has also been affected by this and she no longer has an emergency handset to use in case of diabetes complications. I have already made this clear to MTN but have still not had any response. It is tantamount to life endangerment on MTN's part. I have never experienced such bad service and would appreciate resolution immediately. It should not take almost more than 48 hours to resolve a life threatening situation.
Thank you for your post.
