Absolutely No Network for Hours or even a few days

No network for hours or even days.Everytime it rains or electricity goes off for a short while. Network goes completely. In today's day and time this is rather pathetic ! You guys charge for a full month yet you cant maintain your tower to make sure there is network. Network goes completely and phones are useless. This is ridiculous. Derby, North West South Africa
