I was a Autopage client for 18 years. A couple months ago MTN took over all Autopage clients and all exisiting contracts. Because i had Autopage banking details loaded on my banking profite in error I transferred July's EFT of R200 to their account on the 26 August instead of MTN. i notified MTN straight away with the confirmation and they said they will send Autopage correspondence instructing them to return the funds to my bank account. It is now the 11 October and still no word from either parties . I can not contact Autopage myself as there is no contact details for them any longer. I feel now as a MTN customer and their promise to take over all existing Autopage accounts this shoud be revolved. I am now sitting R200 out of pocket. Will MTN not credit my account and sort the query with Autopage themselve instead of inconvienencing the customer.
