ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR JUST DONT CARE

Good Day,

I logged a ticket last week, I have emailed I have been promised a response and yet once again there had been no response.

MTN is full of promises and no responses, customer care is nothing to them and as long as you are paying they happy .

I see my phone has been suspended again and I am not sure why as far as I am concerned my account was on debit order and the months that I see didnt come off I transferred over into MTN's account for the cell phone number ********** 389 and ********** 904.

When we initially spoke it was the same scenario as there was ***** on my name and I never received any feedback based on whether the account was rectified. Could you re-instate the numbers as I did pay aswell. Please could you assist and suggest the way forward as I rely on my phone for business and have been with MTN for years.
