Absolutely horrific.

Extremely disappointed. My father has been with you guys for years paying for the most expensive package you offer. 2 days ago he went into the mtn in Constantia emporium in Cape Town and was told they will get him the new note 10+ as an upgrade at no extra price. He arrived there today and signed the new contract to get the upgrade and happened to look over the price only to see it's an extra 300 rand per month than what they said. If he had signed the contract you would of given him his new contract under false pretences. If this is not sorted out ASAP he will be moving to another company.
