Absolutely Horrible experience, VERY disappointed

MTN has a partnership with Rewardco who told me to do an upgrade over the phone. They made false promises and i confirmed everything that was told to me over the phone about 3 times, and they promised to me what they said is true, the when my debit went off it was R400 more then that which was promised to me. And when i laid a complaint they did not release my phone call to me and thetold me my complaint was invalid. Absolute horrible experience and i want to switch providers immediately.
