Absolutely disgusting experience

<p>I had shares with MTN for approximately 6 years. They advised that that we need to vote if we wished to take new shares. I had however not voted as i was not interested in them and they promised to refund those members who did not vote. I had changed my banking details therefore i did not receive my payment. I had submitted all the required documentation but received no joy to date.It was initially sent between January and February and they advised everything was in order and approved. Till this day i have not received any feedback and have not been paid my money out. This is absolutely disgusting as the process has been dragging out for too long now. The lack of communication is terrible. My reference number is MS-43049. I have received automated responses that i would be contacted however i have not been. This is honestly unexceoptable!!!</p>
