Absolutely disgusting and ********* service

I have never been so disgusted in a level of service or lack thereof, one would expect a lot more, especially from such a big corporation. We have a router account with you guys in my husbands name, and after having this for approximately 18 months of never ever going over our monthly cost of R285, we start getting billed thousands of rands. My husband has tried every possible method to contact your company with a pathetic response time if any at all. He finally resorted to hellopeter, and now got a response approximately a month after his query. <br> <br> The response refers to one month in question where a credit was passed, when he queries about 4 or 5 months, NO other response to the other months, or the fact that he has a monthly account limit of R1164, so if by some miracle we did use all the data, they should have cut us off at that limit. You cannot legally charge us for what you are trying to. Our account is STILL outstanding and you won't let us cancel it because it is outstanding due to your own incompetence and lack of service all together. So on top of this disgusting mess, you still have the audacity to charge us monthly. Please resolve this immediately!!!
