ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

MTN is the most unprofessional service provider there is, The fact that none of their consultants know what is going on and are clearly not trained. My service has been suspended I was advised to contact legal but they do NOT have contact details so a request must be sent through from a consultant I was told that somebody from legal will contact me within 3 working days it has now been 7 and nobody has bothered to give me a call.Since opening 3 contracts with MTN every single month I have had none stop trouble with them and your consultants are nothing but rude and arrogant. I have gotten to the point with MTN now where I will definitely be cancelling all 3 of my contracts with them and I will advise any of my family and friends to do the same, and go to another service provider who actually has time to contact their customers back and deal with issues politely. And the BEST part I am a paying customer every month and my account gets handled to legal. IT CANT GET MORE UNPROFESSIONAL THEN THAT!!!
