Absolutely disgusted with MTN and REWARDS.CO - incorrect money being taken out

I AM NOT EVEN SURE WHY MTN IS EVEN A ONE STAR!

Dear MTN,

your customer service is pathetic as well as the service providers which you guys use to gain sales. REWARDS.CO is one of those service providers and they are absolutely freakin useless!!!

i get harrassed by them , calling me a dozen times a day until i took a double your deal data contract which was on special for R199 at the time....they later convinced me to take another contract for a 10.1 inch echo tablet which came with a 1gb data sim for R99 a month.

now to my knowledge i was supposed to pay a total of R298 for both my contracts, however MTN is debiting me with R400 a month and now i am told that i took 3 contracts the 3rd being a 5gb data sim. WHICH IS FALSE!!!!! how do you guys do business? you harass customers for their time and money then you guys get *********** staff to make calls to people who don't even want to buy anything...then on top of that you charge out for things people did not even ask for!!!!!!!!!! i am absolutely disgusted with the communication, time and effort that is being put in! now i need to wait 3-5 working days in order for some person to listen to my calls to see if i am lying or not then resolve my query ! i honestly do not need this bull****! this is theft!!! we allow you people to debit our accounts with what we have agreed upon nothing else!
