Absolutely disgusted. ****** by MTN!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I cancelled a contract and am still being billed for it! After phoning their so-called "customer service" line, they just bounced me from accounts to retentions, to customer care, to repairs back to accounts. Still not one single person was able to help in any way whatsoever! Nobody knows what they are doing! Is there even a training system or onboarding for their customer care personnel? Disgusted by the lack of service from such a wealthy company. Shame on you MTN! I am taking MTN to court for misleading clients and double charging me for a service that I did not receive!
