ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE FROM MTN

My Father passed away in June 2020. At the beginning of November 2020 I duly went into MTN Clearwater Mall to cancel his contract which was fully paid up at that time. The staff there sent all the documents and death certificate through to MTN to process the cancelation. I was told that by the end of November 2020 the contract would be canceled. 2 (two) years later I am being hounded by not 1 but 3 different collection agencies, stating that my late Father owes money to MTN. After many many calls and emails both to the collection agencies AND MTN this contract has STILL not been canceled, and I am absolutely disgusted and furious at the SHOCKING AND DISGRACEFUL SERVICE I HAVE HAD FROM BOTH Parties as well as my Late Father's good name's being dragged through the mud. I am at the end of my tether and hope that this bad review will be a wake up call.
