Absolutely BAD service

This is the third time my account has been suspended without any valid reason. Getting service from MTN is absolutely ridiculous, I have received one statement in the last five months. When I ask for a reason of the suspension I am not given a valid reason. There is non-existent to bad service in the MTN shops.
