Absolutely bad customer care s****s

<p>I got some data from MTN and without my data being on 49MB was depleted ,it has never happened before and the lady I spoke to was not even concerned about it at least the manager tried but I still won't get my data ,why should I continue using the network if I can't trust them with my account ,they did not help me at all and I now have to buy more data not knowing if it will even be taken or not .Its not fair at all honestly that is poor customer care especially if the adviser calls you a lie </p>
