absolutely 0 customer service

I have had numerous issues with MTN , ive been having problems with them since September 2019 , I was firstly billed wrong for months and was eventually refunded , just to have both my contracts completely messed up , i app**** for two specific contracts of which I now just get billed what they decide every month , I dont receive the data and packages that was signed for at the store and it is a constant blame game between MTN and the shop I opened my contracts up at. You cant get a hold of anyone either at MTN VAAL RIVERSIDE to assist you , they completely ignore there telephones and if you some days get through no one can assist ,I do not know how companies like this still exist and still have a customer base .I can not wait for my MTN contracts to end so that I can cancel .I will never again support any MTN product ,and will strongly recommend to anyone i know to stay as far away from MTN as you possibly can. They have absolutely NO customer service whatsoever . And this comes from a loyal customer who has been with MTN the better part of 15 years .
