Absolute terrible after sale service!!!!

As of the 12-03-2023.I walked into Cavendish Mall in Cape Town South Africa. Myself and my husband had never taken out contracts on our name and we wanted to start with a laptop of R199.00 per month. Not tying ourselves to massive amounts from the start. We were asked if we knew what we wanted and without giving the name of this laptop I showed the sales person as it was a deal they were running. Without any information provided on the product he proceeded to drawing up what I'd assumed to be the paperwork for the contract. And we were not aware at the time of the RAM of a pc and what specs to look for. No advice given from the assistant at all. We proceeded I was happy as it was our first contract together. I then paid for a MIFI router for R150 as this was apparently included for the sim with the data. I left that day being told I could use it straight away and I didn't as we have home wifi. None the less. I tried a couple of days later to use this router which then proceeded to saying there was no data. I contact the store and they advised the Rica application failed previously they putting it through again. This was the 14th. I also mentioned that this pc was very slow. Which he the proceeded to tell me its the bottom of the range. Failing to mention at point of sale. I then left the matter as I hate going back and forth on email. Went into store and was told I still have no data and they cannot help me with sending this laptop to lenovo and then proceeded with giving me three different numbers to call who rang to every other place besides Lenovo support. No help whatsoever. The manager was dealing with some other complaining customer and just refused to even give my issue two minutes of her time. Asked the sales person if I could change the contract to something faster and obviously paying more. He then advised he would not sell me dreams. I have honestly had it with these so called customer services personnel and I would suggest no one ever take a contract with MTN. The Cavendish branch is absolutely putrid. The after sale assistance is non existing. But that pre-sale assistance, no one can beat.
