Absolute shambles of a delivery service — zero accountability for incompetence!

Tracking Number: NTMUL*** If I could give zero stars, I would. This entire delivery process has been an absolute joke from start to finish. My consignment has been stuck in limbo with zero proactive communication, completely ignored exceptions, and a total wall of silence when trying to get answers. Customer support is entirely useless, offering scripted non-answers while nobody takes any accountability for holding my package hostage. It is shameful that a company can operate with such utter disregard for its customers' time and money. Absolute pathetic service. Sort yourselves out and deliver my package immediately!
