ABSOLUTE RIDICULOUS SERVICE RECEIVED FROM A ''LEADING SERVICE PROVIDER''

I phone MTN several times and went to Cradlestone branch to get a problem solved. After I upgraded no one informed me my account with them has been changed to a cash account and when MTN is called multiple times over a month and a half I've spoken to 10+ individual agents and 4 different and no one is able to assist saying managers will call me back after they kept me on hold for an hour and a half on 2 different occasions still no one has responded or attempted calling me back to resolve the issue and when a follow up is done FROM MY SIDE I'm being told no ticket has been logged after I provided the reference number then the same story is being told again and keep on telling me they will log a ticket and " Apologies for the inconvenience" or "I'm unable to assist let me transfer you" then they drop the call.

They call then "MTN Champions" absolute disgrace to see companies hiring *********** people while people who is qualified for a job like and is willing to get the work done sits at home trying to figure out how are they going to survive till the end of the month.
