Absolute Madness

I have an IPhone on contract, that is still under warranty, recently I encountered problems with the speaker and the charging port where the charger doesn't clip in properly, I took the phone in to MTN Clearwater mall, they sent the phone in for repairs, after a few days I get a quote for R7320, just for two minor defects, went back to Clearwater, stood in line for 40 minutes before someone assisted me, waited another hour for someone to get back to me just to be told, they don't know what's going on at repairs, once the phone leaves their premises they have no further knowledge of what's going on, I asked them to phone repairs for me so that I can speak to them to find out what this ridiculous quote is for and no one helped me, I eventually left, went back yesterday, again they told me someone will phone repairs and then get back to me, so far that also didn't happen, all I want is an answer, I mean how many more weeks / months should I wait for a response from someone, I took the phone in Mid December already and almost 2 months down the line still no answer, with the amount of money they are charging me to repair two small things I might as well buy a brand new cellphone.
