Absolute incompetency
Well the list is as long as my arm.<br> Signal is pathetic or not obtainable on the best of days.<br> Lines get cut in the middle of conversations and downloading. The cost then goes against the customer trying to link again.<br> Network coverage was phoned 4 times (since Oct last year) and reference numbers given. When phoned back the reply given is the previous ref number no longer exists. This is pathetic. Still no one has been out to resolve the issue or feedback given.<br> I don't know how many more times I must hear we will phone you back. Its actually a joke now!<br> When sitting watching the signal reception on the phone it can be seen to jump from 3G to completely nothing. What would be the case in an emergency, no one could be reached.
