Absolute incompetence and blatant stupidity

Highly disappointed in your level of absolute incompetence and stupidity when dealing with my upgrade. Firstly calling an unknown number when trying to deliver the upgrade and not notifying me until I follow up. Secondly where did you get that number from, nobody can tell me Thirdly after an hour on the phone I managed to update the information with the correct number to call. The actual number being upgraded. Fourthly now the company is here at last to deliver the phone but the OTP is being sent to the wrong number again. This entire fiasco once again goes to prove your absolute incompetence to deliver service to a long standing client and makes me seriously consider changing to a different provider, not that you could care less as you work for a salary. Ps. And to add insult to injury I can’t even upgrade in a store as the system says I have already upgraded but yet I have no phone. Pps. Please don’t reply to this email as it’s useless words coming from you. Call me with relevant information or don’t bother either way I don’t care. Unless and *********** does not even begin to describe your service.
