ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING REVOLTING SERVICE!!!

My Wife is a chef and she was notified that she qualifies for an upgrade. She waited until her well deserved holiday and decided to spend the first day of her holiday on a visit to Mtn Wellington for her supposed upgrade. What a bad idea. Fist we stood in a queue, if you can call it a queue, for about 20 minutes and was delighted when it was our turn. The lady clearly did not know what she was doing and kept on saying that she is looking at the deals for which my wife qualifies and kept asking the gentleman that also work there all the questions we ask her. <br> Eventually she said that they have a particular phone in stock, but that she cannot do the upgrade on her system and that we have to move over to the gentleman that can perform the upgrade on his system. We joined just behind the customer that he was helping at that stage. <br> An hour and a half later we were told that there is a problem with the system and that they will not be able to assist us today. I honestly think it was because it was very near closing time and they thought of an idea to get rid of us.<br> Congratulations on your pathetic, useless, revolting, poor, disgusting, horrible service,
