Absolute bad service from MTN

Received absolute bad service from mtn and it's sales partner Mondo.made an application for a phone and it was suppose to be delivered by their courier partner DSV.i still have not received the phone though their couriers contacted me to make a delivery arrangements.this is totally unacceptable as I been sent from pillar to post
