Absolute appalling service delivery

I have been a customer of MTN for many years and experienced a significant decline in service level over the years. One has no way of contacting anyone at MTN and the customer service line just is not effective in resolving matters. Currently I am trying to port a number over to another network for the last month, but MTN keeps declining the port with nobody to contact to resolve this matter. Dealing with MTN corporate and private is an absolute nightmare. I will never recommend MTN as a service provider to anyone.
