Absent invoices & Older model replacement

I am tired of trying to get my invoices from MTN. Since November 2014 they owe me printed invoices. I don't want unintelligible MMS messages (unprintable) or links (phisable), I want the real printed ones. They can successfully send invoices to someone else at the same mailing address, so it can't be the mailing. It's probably the attitude!

Calling 808 is an enormous waste of time! Calls get dropped and you could hold on forever listening to annoying marketing messages.

There were changes in the billing amount and as I could not see what they where for, I also want the right to make submissions against any of the invoices when I eventually receive them!

Don't call me or send me an SMS or e-mail with a lame excuse. Just get my invoices together and send them to me, even if you have to courier them to me -- you are in any case at fault!

Or do you recommend that I take it to the Consumer Tribunal?

I took a brand new phone in for warranty check. So after three weeks (instead of 7-10 days) you give me a new phone, but an older model. Is that standard practice?
