About to take MTN to court for *****

I have trying to cancel my out dated contracts for more than a year now and everytime I call the call center they cut the call on me. Eventually I did manage to speak to a lady named Thashni Pillay who told me they had canceled my contract and that I would be credited for the past year that I tried canceling within 7 days. A month passes, no credit and I get debited again. I have emailed Thashni and her managers Junaid khan and Tamara Naidoo but no one responds.
