MTN CustomerSupport, MTN Retentions, MTN Warehouse have provided Abominable customer service. My Account on reference no. *** has not been resolved since 01 October 2020 to date. Poor communication between the relevant sections and the customer has seen the query is pushed around from pillow to post. No accountability. Poor to no customer feedback. Query escalated not resolved and no feedback provided. DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER OF 20 YEARS!
