Abo****ely horrible customer service

Abo****ely horrible customer service. You cannot get through on a phone call to them... They DON'T respond to emails. I received one statement a year ago and have been requesting a statement and details of my contract on emails with no response.

I only want to know when the contract end so that I can cancel.
