Abismal customer service.

The reason I give MTN a 2 star rating is because their router speeds was working and the technical side of MTN seems to work as advertised. Now for where I would give them a minus rating is their customer service. ZTE router worked well - then a payment mistake was made on my side, when the service was suspended I called and arrange to make payment which was deducted from my account - the customer care "champion" said I should just put off the router and then it would work....I called them various times and spoke to so many people from customer care to accounts but later I was told that they could not provision the account - I have to wait till the next month before this account will get data again....so pay up but get no service makes sense it seems for MTN.....and the "customer care champion" laughs at me as I'm upset about that....really a disgrace. Sad to see how South African service has gone down the drain in Customer service.
