Abhorrent Service from Mtn SA

I am not shocked at all reading all these negative reviews of Mtn SA! In fact, it is a true reflection of my experience too. I canceled my contract with Mtn in March 2021 at the Century City branch. All is good and well, except that Mtn started deducting money from my account again at the end of July 2021, 3 months later, after the fact. In anybodys' language a 3-month break in debit order deduction, which is initiated by the company, constitutes acceptance of said termination. Mtn now owes me over R1k, however, these ***********s are claiming money from ME, and to make matters worse, as experienced by the other clients on this forum, they have referred me to various, actually quite a few, credit collection agencies. I have forwarded my entire audit trail to all these agencies, proving my point, which agencies seem to understand the problem. MTN? Not at all! I now have a demand from a different agency! Go figure. Anyone who wants to join a Class Action???? I'm retired, I have time.
