Abhorrent client of MTN SA

abhorrent clìent of mtn i have a pocket router with business, it ws recently flagged for ***** and It was suspended yet every month it was being debited, what's worse my account was said it was blacklisted because of non payments and recently it has been cleared from ***** i then decided that I'm closing off account yet they still billing me even to date and they not helping me with anything they not keen in resolving my issue my cell number of the pocket router is *** it has been going on for over 3 months and they not keen in helping because one is an African had it been a fellow white brother their issues would have been escalated ASAP it is regretful to note that you call,write emails and still not get it resolved efficiently
