I went to south gate mall to do a sim swap and I was told to bring a letter from the account holder of which I have access on the account. I brought the letter and I was told to pay R112.86. I told Madisa at store that I have sim insurance but insisted on the payment for the sim.
I have never experienced such incompitancy. My business has stuck due to MTN incompitant
