So, I upgraded my contract in June, S23 with the smart watch, as advertised from. R39 to R49 per month.

I get my invoice+statement for R154.54 ex vat.

I query this with them, and they give me a whole lot of nonsense that it's on 24 month contract etc. I sent them proof from their brochure with the value over 36 month period and they reply it ranges from x amount.

None of that nonsense was explained to MTN is a bunch of ******* and exstortionists. Greedy SP that prey on anyone and everyone.

They have given me nothing but stress and pain

I'm done with them.
