A73 charger

We have upgraded at Bedford Centre mtn cosmo. Lodge mtn complaints as well as cosmo net. Cosmo net ignoring emails. Mtn not solving the matter at hand. Upgraded to the a73. That clearly states free charger. No stock is the excuse. Problem is dont advertise it. Secondly i would like my charger as it was promised if you upgrade. Or mtn can deposit the cash value and i can buy one somewhere else. When is this going to be sorted mtn?
