Thank you Lorraine for responding. However this still doesn't address my complaint. I want the contact CLOSED. Your response is about a particular SIM card *** but when I enquired I addressed and made my payments with the contract. Account not only one SIM card. The contract came with a package of 2 SIM cards which I have mentioned that I hardly use the other one but it doesn't mean it should be excluded when closing the contract. I humbly request that there should be no further debits on my account.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
Kindly note that we have now requested our Retentions Department to provide you with the early termination fees for the number ending with 1670. The contract is set to expire on the 14th of July 2016 and there will be an early termination fee applicable.
We do see that you've paid an amount of R1070.00, however this is not the full termination fee that needs to be paid.
