I recently bought a new phone at Mr Price cellular in phoenix plaza and I was given an MTN sim card. MTN gave me a free 20 GB data after recharging for my first recharge. When I recharged the second time my airtime disappeared without a trace. The only thing that I received is a notification telling me that I just bought airtime and I was given free airtime but the airtime does not appear when I check my balance which seems to be *****ulent in my perspective. I called the customer service and I talked to an Agent called Akhona Sibiya regarding the matter and she said it's because I always have my data turned on which did not make any sense to me because the Airtime disappears right after I recharged. She then told me to dial *135*6# and then press 1, I did that and the airtime that just recently disappeared was now showing when I check my balances so in conclusion I am not happy about the service I am getting from MTN and this did not only happen once .
