One of MTN sales consultant called me in June to market a MTN Router that comes with a Sim 10mbps he told me I am getting a month for free to see if I like the service and I can cancel at anytime. And the agreement was for me to pay end of June. My services got cut off before the invoice date and I was billed twice including the month I had to get for free. I kept calling MTN so many times and no help. I am so disappointed in MTN, this is a **** , they get you to agree to the contract and don’t care afterwards. I am left to pay for the free month and I can’t cancel as they say I will pay the amount for 3 years. This is a daylight ******* wow
