A year later still no refund mtn suspends my account
We made payment with the incorrect beneficiary A YEAR AGO. I claimed a refund and an updated statment and it has not been done. A year later mtn still suspends my account end of each month due to lack of payment but I don't get my refund! When will this be sorted out!!!! Persons not coming back to me: ********** ref 28Dec 2017 ********** ref 4April 2018 If this is not sorted out TODAY I will go to my attorney. I pay for NO SERVICE AT MTN!!!

06 Apr 2018, 09:27An apology is just not enough. I am sick and tired to my nerce of MTN and the NO SERVICE I am paying for.
We made payment to a 083 cellphone code number instead of my number which is 073
We paid R469 via EFT to ********** 105 instead of ********** 105 which is my number.
I also have all my call recordings. I will continue escalating this problem and making all the innocent people aware of how you deal with your customers. A YEAR LATER!!!!
